CAFalse advertising False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?). Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Stay away from them.

GBIncreases price AFTER the sale and NO communication I placed an order for one of their items that they advertised on their website and they charged my PayPal account accordingly. The next day I receive an email from them saying that the price for the item has increased by $100. I replied to their email saying that I want to cancel my order and issue a full refund. They did not reply. I also tried to contact them through their "Live Chat" and they did not reply. I called their US phone number and it just kept ringing without anyone answering. My advice is to stay away from these scammers. Any other professional business would have responded. I will have to contact PayPal next to void the sale and get a refund. Buyer beware!

DEfalse stock information on website, item supposedly on back order forever I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".

GB6 weeks to provide a support contract Purchased a smartnet service contract and paid via paypal. I reached out a few days later to get an update and was initially told it would be a few days. Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.

CAInquired about a Juniper MX204-base… Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base they had listed on the site for just shy of $13k USD. No initial response, so called. Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly. That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart. Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc. That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc. TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.
