Friendly, accessible customer support I bought Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning from them, and received the key within two days. It wasn't as fast as other reviewers have noted, but customer support was kind enough to inform me of their situation and the circumstances behind the late delivery. It's relatively easy to contact customer support should you need it, as they have a facebook page that's checked up on regularly. In the end I received the game I paid for, and at a very good price. Will recommend them to gamers looking for good prices.

Not the fastest, but can't beat the price Purchased the BF3 Russian key Saturday afternoon, and about 7 hours later I got the key in the e-mail. No instructions to convert to english, but those are easily found elsewhere. The key is working great. Only negative is that I wish they had e-mailed the key sooner (ie. instantly). Overall, good transation.
