Then I added 3 other files for which I waited more than an hour without any result of convertion. Now I learned here that they will rob my credit card, what usually happens with companies located in Cyprus.

complete scam complete scam. If you sign up for 7 days plan, they will set up a monthly payment of 49e and automatic payment without you acknowledging it. Dont sign up. The customer service doesnt exist. the phone number shows the USA country code but the company address is in cypress.
