GBToo good to be true If you saw a discount that was too good to be true, it was! I ordered a Samsung Frame TV for $668 and they never sent an update about shipping so I asked for a refund and it was honored. That was good of them, but they shouldn’t put things that aren’t in stock on their site in the first place. Not sure why Google marks it as a trusted site.

GBWrong computer monitor was sent. Wrong computer monitor was sent. I emailed the company back in march and they still have not responsed.

GBNo response I recently sent an email advising that I wanted to return some thing because I accidentally ordered it. To this day I haven’t received a response. I’m happy with the product I received from box unboxed, but not the lack of a response.
