GBCustomer service horrible You mentioned using email as a means of communication, but instead, your company opted to answer the phone only to abruptly hang up and block someone who had an ongoing business relationship with you. Moreover, despite this unfortunate incident, my personal banking details remain stored in your system without any confirmation that they have been deleted. To compound matters, there was a charge to my account, followed by a block on my account access. I kindly request that you reach out to me via email to provide confirmation that my information has been erased, and the charges have been reversed.
