USBe aware. No return, No exchange, No customer service. I ordered a wrong size cover for 59 USD. No way to contact them back. Nobody at the 1800 number ( put you to answering machine that tells you to leave message, but you can not leave message) chat system, or info@ email. I am contacting my credit card company for fraud. I regret that I only trusted google & YouTube review and didn’t actually try to contact them before my purchase. Ugh, so much trouble to buy just a one iPad cover.

USAwesome Customer Service I went to their retail location looking for a new phone case. They spent around 20 minutes with me letting me try different cases and explained the pros and cons of each. I left with an awesome case. I'll go back for sure.
