I find their response laughable I find their response laughable. If they really wanted to make this right, they would have contacted me personally, and not some fake public display. They make it seem like its a small error, oh well, we are sorry. They know full well that their products are not leather and that the size of the bag is not the same as their website.

I placed an order for a Gucci case for… I placed an order for a Gucci case for my S23 ultra. First, I received an email telling me to make the payment when I already had. The order was placed on 9.13.23 and I have yet to receive a tracking number saying it has shipped. No one has responded back to my emails and you don't get an answer when you call. My bank refunded my money for this bogus transaction. Go elsewhere!
