Blocking the number will simply have a different (similar) number call you again. When I got the refund, I noticed that the seller is located in Eastern Asia. I don't have ANY business or contacts there. From this, I concluded that this can be the only way of how this started. I don't have any proof for this and I am very sorry if this is a false accusation. But, in this case, everything points in the direction of this company.
