USHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered a case in January and it’s now April, it’s been stuck in NJ for months. I sent two emails and tried the “live chat”, LOL what a joke, NO RESPONSE!! Horrible horrible customer service! I would not suggest ordering from this site.

GBThe company boasts it accepts returns… The company boasts it accepts returns writing 30 days “hassle free” returns. How much of a lie this is. I wanted to return the product when I realised I ordered the wrong size and no response. Tried again a few days later using the contact form on the website, again no reply, it’s been weeks and they have just completely ignored me. Avoid buying, the quality is terrible too

AU30days and items haven’t arrived… 30days and items haven’t arrived… Do not trust this company…. I’ve emailed them a number of times and no help. My last email to them is to refund my money. Very disappointed and angry

USGood quality I thought I had been scammed because I had not gotten any response from the company concerning my order. My case arrived today and it is very well made and I am extremely happy with it.

USLove my IPhone 14 LV case Love my IPhone 14 LV case. I typically end up changing my case after about a month, but I’ve kept this one on ever since I got it. It’s sturdy and the print is lovely. I’ll definitely buy another one when the time comes!
