CAHappy with Aptika I'm always pleased at the response and service that Aptika offers when I need something for our Evolis Card Printer system. Our not for profit club is a small customer in the scheme of things, but when I need something, and contact Aptika, you'd think I'm their number one client. They offer grreat service and support, and the product pricing is very competitive as well. I'd highly recommend them, and am satisfied with the products and services I've obtained from them.

CALove Aptika! My orders always come in a very speedy manner, and I have never had an issue with any product I ordered. Great customer service. I love that they email me when the products I frequently order are on sale.

CAScammed - Would never recommend We are a non profit group that was looking for an alternative to paper cards. We were sold a card printer and software with technology from 2008. Was told upfront that it could do everything we wanted for it to but wasn't told that I would be stuck with a bill for set up after the fact since the systems and tech are so old our IT wouldn't even touch them. Of course the sales person was very nice but also deceiving. The support person didn't have the time of day for us and doesn't offer support over the phone. This company has lost our trust.
