Would not recommend, worked for 1 hour Worked for 1 hour and then stopped! They won’t refund because the T’s and C’s say no refunds. Would not recommend, don’t use this company, seems a bit like a scam to sell you a product that doesn’t work and then refuse refunds because it says so in the T’s and C’s. Seems like a very convenient excuse not to have to pay people back because their product doesn’t work. EDIT in response to Esims answer. Please explain WHY the sim was working and then stopped if the set up was incorrect in the first place. I tried all the things you suggested but that didn’t work. You were asking me to provide screenshots of my phone and other info and I didn’t want to waste more of my time doing that before knowing why it would suddenly stop working. I asked to explain why it was working and then stopped, why would that happen if the setup wasn’t correct initially? YOU chose to ignore that part of my email and say no refunds because of T’s and C’s. Please don’t reply to my review saying I am at fault here and didn’t respond to you and refused to provide information when that’s only half the story. You’re customer service is lacking and js instead of providing any really support or help you prefer to blame the customer and use t’s and c’s as an excuse. FYI I just set up my friends airolo eSIM when she couldn’t get it to work so I’m not an idiot. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Thumbs Up Very good experience. Set up was a breeze. Once a connection was established, it worked well on my trip home to Trinidad 🇹🇹. I highly recommend if it’s available for the country you’re planning to travel to.

Very helpful and understanding. As frustrating as it was that I couldn't use MobileSIM's e-Sim on my phone, MobileSIM did try to guide me through the process, but it didn't work as I discovered my phone was still locked. So they gave me a full refund/credit. I cannot say the same for Sakura Mobile, who would not give a refund. I am very grateful to MobileSIM for honoring that.
