GBVery helpful and understanding. As frustrating as it was that I couldn't use MobileSIM's e-Sim on my phone, MobileSIM did try to guide me through the process, but it didn't work as I discovered my phone was still locked. So they gave me a full refund/credit. I cannot say the same for Sakura Mobile, who would not give a refund. I am very grateful to MobileSIM for honoring that.

KRHave to turn off and turn my flight… Have to turn off and turn my flight mode if I want to get the connexion ! Annoying, not working well in Korea
