CARecently started extortionist policies for evaluating customers Company only replies if and only if existing customer has purchased a 2 year extra-expensive support for 2 years. company only replies in one manner- "go and learn SQL, ASP, NEt..and don't bother us with your minor questons" Company does not ever honor 1 year contracts with existing customers. company is solely based inthe USA and is the only one that somehow has no idea what the customer service is.Very defensive about customers finding bugs, or becoming very aggressive and mean by dening acces to tech support forums on the fly.

USEXtremelly unacceptible technical support Software providers are very defensive, rude, have no idea what an actual customer services is, do not double check their email-responces(which do not come in timely manner), very patronizing, constantly ban unwanted complaints (re: software experience, bugs, faults), only accpet positive remarks, provide inadequate technical support to users who are not technicaly savvy.
