Blackmail to get negative feedback removed! They used a courier that NEVER delivered my item (Fast Horse Express - obviously they need to remove EXPRESS from their name!). I asked for a refund, which they processed. However, I then got an email demanding I remove my prior negative feedback. I consider this a form of blackmail and my original feedback still stands that they use a logistics "solution" that is uncontrolled and out of their hands for their orders, and this is after taking weeks to send my order.

But Exoticase team sent 2 cases and 2 screen protectors for 2 different models. Well, they could have asked via email but I guess I appreciate with what they did. What a beautiful Alcantara case! What a beautiful Alcantara case. I was skeptical buying from here but it turned out to be a wise choice. While other cases came in plastic wraps (and they are decent) but this one came in a nice box. I bought it as a gift for my close friend and he couldn’t be happier. Loved the feeling of holding it and looks of those red buttons. I will shop again for my iPhone when i need more. Thanks
