Atrocious customer service The product itself is not bad. However, they farm out their customer service and technical support to call centers in India, so it takes at least 12 hours to get a response, and even if you get one, they don't understand what you are trying to ask so you have to re-ask and then get another response 12 hours later still not understanding, and though they are claiming to be empathetic, they offer more politically correct responses that offer NO helpful solutions AT ALL. So you ask again, except this time more emphatically, and they escalate to a "manager" who still doesn't understand, nor provides any tangible practical solution. This has gone on for over a week, while business is being held up, and time continuing to be wasted. I have asked for a refund, and if i do not get it, I will be downgrading this review to one star.

Worst tech support I have ever… Worst tech support I have ever encountered. Takes an act of congress to reinstall and activate software after a crash. They say to call tech support to get it reactivated but then say you can't contact tech support without a support contract.

The Ipswitch products I use… The Ipswitch products I use (What'sUpGold & Log Management) are go-to tools in our shop... What'sUPGold is very powerful and it provides us with round-the-clock monitoring of our environment. Log Management is an older product with an out-of-date GUI which needs to be refreshed and made easier to use. It's not as good as some of the SEIM tools on the market today. I find Ipswitch's technical support to be very good once you engage them, their technical support website is not as easy to maneuver through as other sites I'm used to.

The FTP connects but only reads all and… The FTP connects but only reads all and every file on hmspress.ca as having 0 content, I cannot delete, upload or download any files to update the website. It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. Great product with many useful… Great product with many useful features. Service support is also exceled and very proactive in their investigation. I'm sure that we keep using their great product range in many years to come.
