Do not buy this if you want to know if your stuff is working There is a bug that's been affecting us for quite a while, whereby we get a flurry of 'false' down messages at seemingly random times. We've been talking with support and it's something that is known about but there is no fix yet. We're a small, rural hospital with limited staff, and the alarm fatigue is frankly getting to be DANGEROUS. It's really sad, since we've been running whatsup for several years now, with no real issues. But somehow they can't figure out how to fix this, and it's definitely a significant problem. Will be purchasing a different solution at next possible opportunity.

It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. We received support by them, even long after our support agreement was expired and there was no delay when we had the need.

Worst tech support I have ever… Worst tech support I have ever encountered. Takes an act of congress to reinstall and activate software after a crash. They say to call tech support to get it reactivated but then say you can't contact tech support without a support contract.
