NLPurchasing process is bad Purchasing process is bad. Paying is easy, but information on retreiving the download for this product is not very clear. You must register to the community, whereupon you are supposed to find your purchased products on your Products page. Despite the message stating "Products for new contacts and online orders can take up to 1 hour to show under My Products" my purchased product has not shown up after waiting several hours. So on the whole, not very satisfying at all. In this digital age you could expect a smoother transaction.

CAThe Ipswitch products I use⦠The Ipswitch products I use (What'sUpGold & Log Management) are go-to tools in our shop... What'sUPGold is very powerful and it provides us with round-the-clock monitoring of our environment. Log Management is an older product with an out-of-date GUI which needs to be refreshed and made easier to use. It's not as good as some of the SEIM tools on the market today. I find Ipswitch's technical support to be very good once you engage them, their technical support website is not as easy to maneuver through as other sites I'm used to.

GBDon't go near these folks they are crooks I paid for a software product and never received the software download or activation key. This outfit is like pulling teeth, every time I have to deal with them it gives me a head and stomach ache. This time out I just let them steal my money because no attempt to contact them works. If you want an honest software company go somewhere else

GBComplete scam I purchased their software online and never received my serial number. Then sumbitted my information on their sales and support forms and heard nothing back. Then called the number and was on hold for 26 minutes before they just said "our offices are now closed" then got kicked back to the main menu.

GBDo not buy this if you want to know if your stuff is working There is a bug that's been affecting us for quite a while, whereby we get a flurry of 'false' down messages at seemingly random times. We've been talking with support and it's something that is known about but there is no fix yet. We're a small, rural hospital with limited staff, and the alarm fatigue is frankly getting to be DANGEROUS. It's really sad, since we've been running whatsup for several years now, with no real issues. But somehow they can't figure out how to fix this, and it's definitely a significant problem. Will be purchasing a different solution at next possible opportunity.
