There seems to be at least one or two people comming to me each week saying "I heard you have a solution to my problem." And I usually do. It's MoveIT.

Getting to Support should be easier. Getting to Support should be easier. For someone from overseas just offering the 0800 phone is difficult. By email would be easier. The interested could prepare a text in their language, translate to English and make themselves understood by the Support.

Worst tech support I have ever… Worst tech support I have ever encountered. Takes an act of congress to reinstall and activate software after a crash. They say to call tech support to get it reactivated but then say you can't contact tech support without a support contract.

Thank you for the support you have provided to keep the business up and running. We received support by them, even long after our support agreement was expired and there was no delay when we had the need.
