GBRefund deferral for a cancelled show I recently bought three tickets for a show in San Diego that was cancelled by the venue. I called the customer service number to request that they process my refund, which their website says is processed automatically. I was told that they would submit the request on Monday (today is Saturday) and that it would take 5-7 business days after that to get my money back. I asked them to run my credit card number and issue the refund to me now for services that weren’t rendered. Most other businesses can issue a refund this way. I was quickly shooed of the phone. Now I try to call back to speak with a supervisor, but my number has apparently been flagged. I got an immediate pick up the first time, then no answer the next six or seven times. Two thumbs down on customer service. I will not use this booking service again and I will not recommend it to my friends.

GBIt's been great working with the HoldMy… It's been great working with the HoldMy Ticket Team for the past couple of years. They are incredibly communicative and quick to reply to questions/needs of our organization. They have been easy to work with on all of our event ticketing needs and user set-up.
