Not a protective case and isn't sturdy enough to hold the phone from falling. The case has no problems sticking. The fit for my phone barely functions as a protective case and doesn't hold up well when on a flat surface. If you don't have a screen protector you risk the screen shattering if and when it falls. There isn't much protection in the corners either so really this phone case is not functional at all. What's more irritating, the company doesn't offer returns because, it's "custom." So if you don't like the product you're basically stuck with something useless and out money too. 🙃

Service was great but the overall product... The delivery was fast and efficient. However, the overall product did not deliver satisfactory. My Pluto phone case worked but within a solid 5 minutes, the case fell off the surface such as a mirror or a window.

The case is a little bit sticky The case itself if actually a little bit sticky. Not that your fingers will stick but that dust and flint will. This is easily solved by rinsing the case with water, which you would already be doing to ensure the case maintains its ability to stick. The case makes it hard to press power and volume buttons on the side of the phone. But overall, definitely a must buy!

Terrible customer service. I had mistakenly purchased the wrong iPhone case. I caught it immediately and contacted customer service. I was told the order was updated, however, I received the wrong phone case. It took several attempts to try to get a response from customer service again. When I finally did, I was told the correct case would be sent out. I received it fairly quickly but it was the wrong case again. I attempted to contact them again with no response. I did send both phone cases back to Pluto and received no confirmation from them nor my money back. I don't know if the case actually works but, if for some reason your order goes wrong, you are doomed.

Very disappointed.....I got 1 case of 3… Very disappointed.....I got 1 case of 3 late but close to on time and am currently waiting on 2 a whole week late off the delivery date and still have too wait 5 more days to get them because 2 out of the order same order somehow got sent to a totally different address.....ontop of the case fitting my phone horribly......don't think I will ever buy them again and me and my fiance were so hyped to get them but she still hadn't even seen hers hope hers fits better but I don't have high hopes anymore after his things have played out so far.....
