Fraud Alert for AionoStore.com Very bad shopping experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Order never shipped, at least after two and a half month I have received nothing. All the time I've got excuses to overcome the required for claim time. Unreliable Chinese Fraudsters.

It was very surprised that they arranged the shipment for me Just a short review about the purchase in Ainolstore.com. I've ordered an Aurora with a USA plug. Unfortunatelly the plug did not come with the tablet. I've contacted with the custmoer service for this issue. Actually for me, I really want the plug as it is cheap but useful. There will be more than $10 cost for shipping the plug to my country. It was very surprised that they arranged the shipment for me. I am really thankful for this issue, and my friends also want to buy the tablet in Ainolstore. So would you give us some coupon which can suprise me again? lol :-)

DOESNT SHIP THE PRODUCT, BAD AND SLOW SERVICE AinolStore its a very bad place to buy your Ainol products, sometimes when they put up deals its cheaper than other chinese stores like buyincoins or pandawill but you will be taking a huge risk. I placed an order on 20/09/2012, on their Facebook page they said they had in stock and ready to ship the Ainol Aurora 2 which was on promotion for only $100, 7 days later I receive an email saying that my order was on backorder and that in less than 1 week they will email me again with the expected shipping date, after 6 days I got an generic email asking that if I still wanted the tablet to reply YES but that it was going to ship after 18/10/2012. Im very patient person so I reply back yes, on the 20th of October I email their customer service asking for an update, i got no answer back, I email them again on 26th and again i got no reply back, on the 30th I opened a dispute on paypal for the product no received and on the 1st of November I got rembolsed. TL;DR After almost 45 days of waiting for my shipping date, I opened up a dispute on paypal and after hearing almost nothing from the ainolstore I got my refund in less than 48 hours.. VERY BAD SERVICE (OR SHOULD I SAY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL) JUST BUY FROM ANOTHER CHINESE STORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY 10-15 DOLLARS MORE.

Not official retailer! Ordered a tablet from their site, believing i was ordering a sample from an official retailer of ainol, they withdrew the money right away.. After 10+ days without shipping out the ordered tablet i cancelled the order, and recieved a swift refund. I contacted the chinese company, and they have confirmed that they are in no way affiliated with ainolstore.com.

Great Android Tablet, Reliable Seller. Buying from Ainolstore.com is a pleasant experience. I ordered the dual core Ainol Novo 7 Aurora II on June 24th and chose DHL shipping. The tablet arrived yesterday, very fast delivery. Also, Ainolstore.com replied all my emails within 24 hours. I'm very glad with the store service and definitely will buy from them again next time.
