Keep Logs, not a true VPN They state they don't keep logs on one page yet on another they say they keep some logs on user information. What's the real answer? And they don't seem to really be a VPN but rather a Smart DNS Proxy..this is very misleading and doesn't justify the price for very little protection and the fact that they keep logs and your user information.

Bad Services Hidemyip I am working for a digital marketing company. I purchased 4 hidemyip after completion 1 year they all get expired then i renewed these hidemyip. The hidemyip people charged $20 for renewing the services but none of my hidemyips is working. I tried to contact Hidemyip customer service through given email address ([email protected]) but i didn't get any response. I also tried the toll free number given on their website (866 343-6722) But this is a wrong number. Now it looks like i am cheated by Hidemyip. I suggest all for not using Hidemyip services. Interesting idea liked the way it works

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I used this product for a few years and back then i would not think twice about recommending it. Now it constantly exposes my IP details and i am having to constantly check to see if it is revealed or select another location. Because it is free at the moment , Hidemyip is constantly abusing my data and not commited to complying to what it has set out to do- which is to product my data. I have made complaints to them on several occasions and each time i have been lied to and told to clear my cookies, which i have and yet my ip location continues to be revealed. If i had the money, i would purchase another product to secure my ip location.
