Lots of issues I would not. Previously, I rolled out over a hundred chrome books of another brand and only had one - in two years - that needed replacement and that was because a kid beat it up. I rolled out only 60 eduGear computers and I have a stack of at least 10 whose operating system went out and a couple more whose mouse pad doesn't work. I was very disappointed in the eduGear chrome books.

EduGear CMT for your classrooms The EduGear CMT is a very well built functional convertible Chromebook that I would recommend anyone looking to deploy Chromebooks in education look at. The rugged build, as well as the ability to be able to replace the battery without going through a lot of extra work, are some of its main attributes. I think when you take a look at the quality and the price, this system will be at or near the top of your list every time.

I feel that the EduGear chromebooks … are a poor quality product. I feel that the EduGear chromebooks that we purchased (over 1,000) are a terrible product. They are unreliable and have an extremely high failure rate.

We have an issue we are hoping doesn't … We have an issue we are hoping doesn't become wide spread with the right hinge. It seems to catch. So far 2 sent in were covered by warranty. We are hoping we don't see a rash of them. We like the cost and flip to tablet mode. They have held up well as a 1:1 device that students take home.

We really appreciate the features in … We really appreciate the features in our laptop cart. Although we generally do not move our cart much the sturdy casters and handle are really tough just like the entire unit. The hideaway tambour doors are especially nice replacing doors that stick out while the unit is opened. We have all of our power cords neatly organized in the back and the slots for individual devices make it easy for the kids to return and plug them in when finished. The unit is very sturdy and the alternating power charger is nice too.
