It almost seems as if they are selling… It almost seems as if they are selling their software while they are writing it. Very Inefficient, multiple annoying things about the way the software is written. Today the system was down since 8 am ,lol ,after curemd implemented their new update. That disabled our office from taking care of patients, and this situation happened before multiple times. Their customer service is ok , but again the way they organized some features is pretty dumb.Like when you try to file the faxes and u have few hundred of those ,the system kicks u back to the very beginning of the faxes, so u have to search out for a necessary document all over again. Frequent glitches and episodes described above make the operations of the office very difficult and unprofessional.
