Recommended I still use icq messenger from time to time, although I don't use this way of communication anymore. But icq remained the best program of this type for me, leaving far behind msn messenger and other similar programs. Cute and has its own spirit. Recommended.

No one uses it anymore - it should move on. 3 years of ICQ back in the days - however since everything is now tied to Facebook/MSN/YAHOO on the go ICQ is dead. Move on

Customer service is ignoring you I have changed computer and E-mail. And as my account is old none of the extra security questions like phone number ect. was necessary back then. I have tried to contact customer service for over 6 month now and suggested they call me to verify and other things like that. They just answer "we can´t help". and every mail after that has been ignored. I have to give 1 star otherwise I wouldn´t have given them any stars at all!!!!
