GBNo Customer Support I have been trying to contact this company for a refund on their shelfystand. Their Contact Us link goes to a blank page. I tried emailing "support" at website and got no response. Their website says "no hassle 30-day returns" but that is obviously a LIE because so far it's a big hassle. HOW DO I RETURN THE STAND? PS: I received a response to contact them - but they gave me NO LINK, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER. I have no way to contact them that I haven't tried already. What is wrong with this company?

GBDo not buy anything from this company Do not buy anything from this company! I ordered the Snapshot Action Camera. It took almost a month to arrive and it was of such poor quality that there was no way I could give it to my 9 year old grandson. I followed the return instructions to the letter as well as totally adhered to terms and conditions listed on their website. It has been a month and I have not received my refund. Their "customer support" is basically nonexistent. I have sent countless messages and keep getting the same automated messages. In response to one email from me about my return I got 3 different automated responses none of which had to do with my question including one that said they hoped I was enjoying the camera. I am going to open a fraud investigation with my credit card company but am not holding my breath. DO NOT BUY from these people. Its a scam. Note after company response: The response from the company posted here is purely performative. I have sent them my order # at least 6 times since early December to no avail. I keep getting automated responses. I did try one more time after this response and even referenced their response to my post. Crickets. This time I did not get any response at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS " COMPANY". I got scammed by these people but you do not have to.
