GBNo product with unsatisfactory customer service As of Feb 18, 2022, I still have not received the MaxiShield Honeycomb Series Samsung Case S10 in Neon Green which I ordered on Jan 7. I have sent two previous emails inquiring about the shipping status but have not received ANY response from this company. At this point I have requested a refund. Let's see if they respond!!

GBIs there a “zero star” option? If there was a “zero star” option, I would choose that. I ordered three iPhone 13 Pro cases in Oct ‘21 (order #1741), requested updates twice in Nov ‘21, and involved PayPal when I received no updates from DrippegeCase. At last, when the products were delivered, they were for the iPhone 12 Pro. When I inquired about a return authorization, and for the correct items to be shipped, I was told I would receive the correct items within two weeks… I still have not received the items I ordered, and it has been nearly five months.
