GBFraud 2/10/2009: I ordered merchanide from them. Charged on my CC. Nothing ever shipped. Sent at least 6 emails and eventually tried to call them via the phone number listed on my Visa statement. I tried calling at least five times over 3 days. The phone would just ring and ring. Luckily I paid via CC and am disputing the payment.

GBAbsolutely no response!!! I ordered a software from this outfit and it came a month late. They never answered any of my emails and I still cannot figure out the code to use to get it downloaded. I would never order from them again and would advise anyone not to order from them.

GBDO NOT USE THIS SITE A complete lack of any service. I cannot believe this website has kept going. Still waiting on merchandise to arrive; it's been a month. They don't respond to any emails. This site is terrible and to say the least unreliable.

GBWORSE ONLINE COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered five selections of Children's software from Qualityinks. I even paid extra for second day delivery... it still HASN'T ARRIVED and that was over a week ago!!!!!!! I wrote four emails asking about tracking my order and its status; received this exact comment eventually... "we will trace and reship if necessary Thank you and have a Great day." AND THEN... it NEVER arrives. Tried using their online help...which, of course, didn't work. So I have contested the purchase, changed my credit card so that they cannot re-bill (or EVER use my card again) and contacted the Mercer County Better Business Bureau to lodge a formal complaint. NOTE: Nowhere do they list their phone number either. I had to contact VISA to obtain their "legit" phone number, but after numerous tries by me and VISA, no one ever answered. That number is listed as 304.589.7495
