US18 Years and This is What You Get For a long time I have had a lot of trouble uploading files as they would timeout or bring back error messages. This went on for years, but would either get better or worse, but never completely stop. Their tech support has been ineffective with that issue. Now I am blocked from using Cyotek or any website backup application to download a copy of my blog, which is a basic right of any blogger. So far, just hearing crickets from their tech support. My last backup was in June but I want a recent one so I can more easily move over to Wordpress. After 18 years, this is how they treat longtime customers. If you are on Typepad, it's a dead platform. They stopped taking new subscriptions a while back. Their tech support is minimal at best and, if you can, find another platform. Hopefully you've been backing up your blog regularly so you can migrate it to another hosting service.

FRTERRIBLE service TERRIBLE service, I have had an account for my blog for 18 years, and they refuse to fix the problems. Their photo loading program doesn't work, and it just took me over 25 minutes to load 14 photos, and if it worked properly, it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. I have reported this for almost a month and they have done NOTHING to fix it, just lame excuses.

CACant say anything about the support Cant say anything about the support, but there is also a positive side on this statement - that means nothing failed yet :) The platform is convenient and I personally like the style.
