GBUpgrade to Portrait pro 23 still not received Brought an upgrade from Portrait 19 to Portrait 23 with raw in October. Very difficult to contact them tried som many times. The download I received asked for my Portrait pro 19 number. Then it down loaded another version of 19 and not 23.

GBTheives Bought an upgrade from 17 to 22, but the site prevents me from downloading. So I've paid money for nothing. Thieves!

GBGreat software Great software! Really good intelligent editing software if you are a professional photographer looking to speed up workflow. Customer support are helpful and there are even tutorials to help you get setup if you are stuck.

GBDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.... I have used Portrait pro for years and purchased the 19 version around 2 years ago. Hadn't used it for sometime as a result of the pandemic, however now back to editing and the program is more trouble than its worth. Female faces register as males and vice-vera. It has also started to crash unexpectedly! All since the new version has been released??? Now call me a sceptic, but I do find this a little coincidental! Customer service have not helped me at all and told me to simply change face recognition back to female or male if this happens. This is fine, except this adds a good 5 seconds onto each process and I edit hundreds of photos!

GBThumbs Up… I did have a bad experience with the product and I was initially rather annoyed with the difficulty contacting support but this soon changed and the company bent over backwards to solve the problem. I use PortraitPro Studio 19 and PortraitPro Body 3. Both products are excellent and save me hours of editing time. Like all software, it pays to learn how to use it properly but once you have the rewards are considerable.
