SIUseful software but awful user experience, sketchy company! Useful software, but they charge for EVERY update. I bought PortraitPro v.15 last year and they are already offering PortraitPro v18 with very minor upgrades and flaws that persist from early versions!!! I guess they're in for the money! Also, their Facebook page has rating disabled and I suspect them to erase bad comments.

GBThumbs Up… I did have a bad experience with the product and I was initially rather annoyed with the difficulty contacting support but this soon changed and the company bent over backwards to solve the problem. I use PortraitPro Studio 19 and PortraitPro Body 3. Both products are excellent and save me hours of editing time. Like all software, it pays to learn how to use it properly but once you have the rewards are considerable.

GBDisastrous support Disastrous support, i had to pay twice for a upgrade that didn't work, then they activated the software and didn't refund me my second payment because they don't seem to understand i paid twice. I was left with no choice but to open a PayPal case for the transaction they didn't refund so they then proceeded to deactivate my software. I am not sure about the legality of that action, but I will be perusing it further. The software is useful but as a company they are terrible and i can only recommend you stay away

GBGreat software Great software! Really good intelligent editing software if you are a professional photographer looking to speed up workflow. Customer support are helpful and there are even tutorials to help you get setup if you are stuck.

GBTheives Bought an upgrade from 17 to 22, but the site prevents me from downloading. So I've paid money for nothing. Thieves!
