didnt recieve order and now in administration i ordered a product from this company and they estimate a 7 to 10 days for delivery. i took it that it doesn't include weekends, the items didnt turn up and i rang them, they were so nice, gave me postage back and reordered the items for me. but they didnt turn up in the delivery days and on the tracking number it said it was damaged and sent back to them. i tried to call them again and there was no answer, just in a queue. i sent them a email regarding my order and still nothing. i wanted to call them again and oh they have gone into administration with nothing to show for it and they have my money too. that will teach me not to order from trusted sites and listen to reviews

Con artists!!!! Paid for two items 'Snuggle uppets' for our children's birthday presents which was sent with free delivery, they arrived OK... BUT... Today I had to sign for a delivery in an envelope, on opening it there was a booklet for 'Pitch Moneysavers Club' and a letter with a membership card attached. It said I had a 30 day trial which would last 12 months and that after 30 days £99.99 would be debited from the card details I gave when ordering the Snuggle Uppets, also they were charging me £2.99 for postage and packing of the booklet they sent. If you order from these people you will pay!!!!
