Stopped working but still billed me. Kept billing me but service didn't work. I filed a ticket. Got an email that the ticket was received but no action after 1 month. When I tried to keep the number (port it out), it failed but there is no way to get support on why or get them to release the number. I have lost so much business due to going with easyringer. You will see that they said I 'ran out of credit' and that is why they stopped providing service. Not sure how that could be true when they continued to successfully bill my credit card monthly.

Scam Artists… They claim to have a "money-back guarantee," but reading the terms and conditions reveals that they can only refund purchases of $15 or more. This sounds great until you realize the only plans available are $10 and $14. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
