Took about 1 whole month to get my refund The price Freemii offers was originally 149 for the membership fee and 49 for the annual membership renewal. However they quietly jacked it up to 399 for the membership fee, and annual renewal fee of 248 USD if you have 1 line and 99 if you have each extra, every single year! This completely goes against Freemii's deceptive advertising of free cell phone service. How are you still in bueinsss for falsely advertising as a free cell phone service company charging 400 for entrance and 248 a year for renewal... Refund took just a bit shy of 1 whole month, absolutely disgusting.

They sent me a new Sims card They sent me a new Sims card. It does not work. I'm still using the old one that drops calls every 30 seconds. Real disappointed in Monika's lack of knowledge and understanding. Don't know what to do next.

Downside: cannot swap SIM to new devices...we need to pay for SIM No WIFI calling support on PINK network. No Mobile hotspot No 5G on Blue network ( AT&T) No International calling when compared with other MVNO's
