GBHorrible install Install in a brand new house with no drywall and an open basement looked horrible. The technician picked his own spot to drill through the side of the brand new siding without any approval. They are returning to completely redo the installation and fix all the mistakes. Hopefully round two goes better......stay tuned.

GBDish Service is GREAT but Frontier Internet is Horrible I selected dish to bundle Internet and tv at my home. I've had the worst customer service experience of my entire life with frontier. Multiple no shows for installation at my house, multiple no call backs from managers I've spoken to, and an overall lack of concern and ownership to fix the issue. I still have no internet service to this day. Only giving dish 2 stars because they have chose to affiliate themselves with such a horrible company. Since I can't get anyone at frontier to do anything maybe you folks at dish can straighten them out since they are advertised as a bundle with you. Stand alone or if Dish could have installed my internet the way they did my tv I would give them 4-5 stars.

GBFrustrating Taking many days to get the Internet hooked up. Dish guy has seemed pushy to have me leave a key so he can get into the house while I'm not there. I think he forgot the last appt to get theb internet up and running on purpose to try to have me leave a key somewhere so he could again get in without me being there. Internet is supposed to be done tomorrow after a week and a half after the television was hooked up.

GBInternet is so slow I don't understand why they would offer you a free Netflix account when the internet can not handle streaming the movies or shows. If there is a faster internet option then they should tell you to stream movies you need to have this amount of internet speed. This would help you make the decision on what internet speed you should have.

GBHorrible! We have never had worse service ever. Dish network should be ashamed by sending out an unqualified service technician that spent 3 hours and left a complete unfinished mess. Holes drilled half way through walls, tools left in the yard, no service. Yet dish was informed we had activated service. Horrible horrible dealings trying to get people to understand we had no service yet you had our money! Finally a technician came to our home and spent over 4 hours repairing and installation of the dish. We will never use your service again, nor recommend you. Shame on dish network
