GBAggressive and Incompetent The sales people were determined to close the deal even though the leasing office at my apt complex said a dish could not be used on my side of the building. I tried to cancel my contract the week before but they assured me the office was misinformed. The installer (who was very pleasant and punctual) was able to see at first glance that there were too many trees to install. I wasted most of my day, had to start over with a competent provider, and am still waiting for my refund! No reason to use this company!

GBI'll start out by saying your prices … I'll start out by saying your prices are by far better than Spectrum. But.. I have far to many info commercial channels and when my tech came I learned I had to upgrade to a more expensive Hopper and Joey box to enjoy viewing different channels in separate rooms. This raised my bill from 54.99 to 77.99. Needless to say I wasn't to happy.

GBTerrible I'm giving one star because they do exist. All false promises when I signed up and was billed to excess while it didn't even work.. Resolution was a Fifty dollar credit but was unable to unlike service and return equipment without excessive fees ... In a two year contract now of misery... I'm sure at two years their will be more fees!! Don't let them put the dish on your house. I truly hate it regret it.....

GBToo Many Problems I have had problems ever since installed, the latest being the super Joey doesn't seem to connect completely with the hopper. Can't get the dvr function to work on the hopper, every time we try to watch something it turns off. Joey's dvr seems to work, but favorites created on hopper don't show up on joey. I'm planning on calling when I get off work today, if this can't be fixed or if I continue to have problems I am going to have to drop service. If I get a charge for early termination I am going to put all recorded and written correspondence of my problems on Yelp and youTube. I payed Direct $140 to terminate and come over to Dish because you promised great service at a cheaper price. All I've been getting so far is cheaper quality of service.

GBNot installed yet😠 I have yet to have my Dish system installed. But when I talk to agent ther are from the Middle East Etc. and they never got order correct. I have tried to straighten it out and finally I think it is correct. I have made 5 calls to attempt to get my order and mostly the installation time and date correct. The local technician understood my frustration and gave me another phone number and it called an overseas again but this agent e-mailed me again an finally it was accurate. Why can't we use America agents to deal with?????
