Contacted them and was told to buy a new license cause it's only for 1 computer. I explained them that the previous computer was not since I reformatted it and ask kindly to disable the previous computer. I just got a "Please buy a new License" after that request. Very unprofessional. Don't bother with this product and buy a better macro recorder/playback. I bought Jitbit.

Ridiculous! The 'developer' doesn't know how software licensing works. He says you get a lifetime access when you purchase the software -- however you do not. If you upgrade your PC (I bought a new graphics card and processor), the software will no longer work since your PC isn't identical to what it was before! STAY AWAY!

Malwarebytes scan gave a result Adware.InstallMonster | File | auto-clicker-murgee.zip Which usually install adwares and PUPs on your system, and you can't use your email to re-activate the program so your money is wasted. I emailed the support for the past 3 days, no response.

Scammer, never again, period. Like the others, I was "reassured" to know that by using my email address I would be able to register for the auto clicker software. But one day, I had my Window 10 reinstalled, and the email didn't work no longer. Over three days, I emailed him three times each day using my PayPal email, and only received one heartless reply to tell me to "Buy the software again" even after knowing that I am a paid customer. Never again with this scamming organization MurGee.
