Such unexpected support and help was so wonderful... If anyone ever wants to know what REAL customer service should look like, look no further! This company helped me over and over with problems I was having with their tablet. They suggested solutions we could try and when that didn't work, they sent us parts (for free) to try to fix the issue we were having with the device charging. Even though their guarantee had long since passed, they agreed to let us ship our unit that wasn't working back and they would repair. Through all of this, they were nothing but supportive and accommodating. We received the repaired/replacement unit today (3 days sooner than we expected). Such unexpected support and help was so wonderful...it reminds me of the days long ago when everyone expected (and received) such top notch attention. Kudos to WolVol!!

WolVol NEW (Android 4.2 - 1GB RAM) SOLID BLACK 10 inch Laptop Notebook Netbook PC It is a truly fantastic product. I actually use it more than my macbook pro or iPad mini. I believe i may have become an Android addict. I love the more open file management system that Android has compared to the Apple IOS. And the usb ports are awesome. A slight downside is that the usb ports are too weak to power my 500gb external drive, so i have to plug it into the wall if i want to use it with the product. That is the only complaint I had with the product. I would rate it 4.8/5 stars. Love the device.

WolVol 10" Netbook I've loved this Net-book; use it downstairs for quick email & Facebook checks and general browsing as I keep my main computer upstairs. The customer service is unmatched by any company I've ever dealt with - outstanding.
