GBRespect Is Key. As a fellow service provider, The customer support we received was actually horrendous. We've been open a month now (happy birthday today actually), and we've gotten over 150 orders and all of which with like an exception of MAYBE 12 were fully satisfied with the customer support provided. I think you need to go over how you treat, speak and handle people who are inquiring with your company. If your professionalism was rated it'd be extremely low. This team looks like it is being run by stuck-up, greedy and disrespectful people and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this company regardless of how big of a reputation or ego they may have. This team is not what everyone thinks behind closed doors and one day that will come out. Have a fantastic day. 5/100 stars. ( I'll wait for this to be deleted as any negative reviews end up deleted within minutes because this company refuses to allow anyone to show the truth )
