DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! I bought the Pro version for monitoring my kids' accounts. Two days after I asked for a refund because of the following reasons: - the program keeps crashing - the program didn't monitor new accounts I added - the program MONITORED MY OWN ACCOUNT I EXCLUDED from monitoring - the program streams a live view of the entire system regardless of the user account you are logged in Basically this whole program is huge SECURITY HAZARD! Do not buy this unless you want yourself to be spied by Spyrix. Needless to say they haven't refund me till this day regardless the amount of emails I sent. STAY AWAY!!! Edit (after they replied to my review): Their reply is BS! I have contacted their support (and demanded my money back) about 10 times. Their messages were useless. They monitor un-selected accounts. BE WARE! DO NOT BUY!

Does not work as advertised. I installed Spyrix on my son's laptop a few weeks ago. Initially the program worked fine, with a few glitches. A week ago the program went offline for "maintenance" purposes for several days and was completely unavailable to anyone. Following that the program stopped working. I submitted multiple requests for assistance. Finally someone got back to me, but the solution did not fix the issue. Conclusion: the program does not work as advertised and support it minimal. I hope I can get a refund.

Free version NOT hidden! Paid version not delivered right away. :( I downloaded free version not realizing it wasn't hidden. Then paid to upgrade to hidden version. However, did not instantly receive link for it and I needed it right away. So, I requested a refund so that I could purchase a different program. No customer service was available online in the evening when I purchased it. I did not receive an email with the full version for 2 days. It has been over a week and multiple emails later and they are still refusing to refund my money. You purchase it from one company who says it is not up to them to grant a refund, that it is up to the Spyrix company. I have never had a more frustrating online purchase experience. I am having to escalate this to Paypal. Do NOT buy this!

if it ever worked it would be like… if it ever worked it would be like giving all your passwords to all your banking to spyrix...luckily it doesn't work. An expensive lesson, but I'm glad it failed.

Bought pro version over one week ago… Bought pro version over one week ago and it has never worked it will not stay open on my desktop running windows 10. Support has been back and forth with me-replies to messages every 24 hrs but not anything helpful I will update / upgrade rating if it ever functions properly since for the 5 seconds it actually stays open it looks like it would be great At this point i feel like they are just stringing me along so i don't try for refund
