GBPurchased the BOT for both Mac and… Purchased the BOT for both Mac and phone and after 3-4 months all access to BOT was stopped. Despite emailing multiple times and giving copy of payments, as ForceCop do not provide invoices for their purchases they are wiping their hands. Very unprofessional and wasted too much of my life on this, so now seeking reimbursement from Paypal & Barclaycard for misuse of facility.

GBPoor service and terrible results Poor service and terrible results. I would not believe the fake reviews they probably had the intern write on here or the twitter bots they buy to give "testimonials". It's all a sham for a coin toss program that did not work a single time for me. They then expect you to renew it another reason. Awful company.

GBCustomer Service is AWFUL Forcecop app isn't bad, although on mobile the bot is not good. I used it mainly for the auto-fill features, which helped me cop. However, their customer service is AWFUL. I have tried contacting them and it took them 5 days to respond, and they haven't responded to my follow-up e-mail. Reason for my attempt to contact them was they gave me the wrong service (desktop instead of IOS for new season) and told me they were going to change it but never did. They then ignored me after I asked for a refund.

RUCan't praise their customer service… Can't praise their customer service enough! My son ordered this bot the night before week one and accidentally misspelled his email. We emailed them and received a response in 20 minutes of them correcting his mistake and resending the license... He ended up buying a $40 shirt that we sold for $250. They definitely made a lot of people happy!

GBThis bot is so bad please dont buy This bot is so bad please dont buy. It stopped working on my phone so i upgraded to pc edition and its not downloading im so annoyed ive emailed them and dm'd them so many times and after about a month they still havent replied. its ridiculous i dont recomend
