Bought it at the start of FW18 and… Bought it at the start of FW18 and since then only got 3 unhyped items using the bot (manually would get many more). Don’t buy until they release an update resolving current issues.

Kill me. For me this is the third week in a row with multiple orders of stuff that doesn't even closely resemble what I entered for key words. I went for the pool cue and the keychain. I got the red on red denim shirt. Next order I got the brown Uzi sweatshirt. When I deleted the forcecop extension and tried again, I got six credit card fails in a row. Then everything I wanted was sold out, I tried for a hat and boom my card magically worked again. So because of trying forcecop one more time I have three orders with shipping, and I'll net a hat for about $400. Sweet.

DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!! I repeat, DO NOT BUY. I read the reviews and assumed they were isolated incidents or maybe updates would help the effectiveness but the bot completely flopped after spending hours getting it set up and doing test runs. Almost completely screwed up the drop for me but I grabbed my phone and got 2 out of the 3 things I wanted manually. And what do ya know? After the hot items are sold out THEN it wants to work and tries to add sold out items to my cart -_- waste of money and complete garbage. Currently trying to recoup the money they stole from me since they have not responded to a single email and I've sent several. Stay away!

Customer Service is AWFUL Forcecop app isn't bad, although on mobile the bot is not good. I used it mainly for the auto-fill features, which helped me cop. However, their customer service is AWFUL. I have tried contacting them and it took them 5 days to respond, and they haven't responded to my follow-up e-mail. Reason for my attempt to contact them was they gave me the wrong service (desktop instead of IOS for new season) and told me they were going to change it but never did. They then ignored me after I asked for a refund.

I would not believe the fake reviews they probably had the intern write on here or the twitter bots they buy to give "testimonials". It's all a sham for a coin toss program that did not work a single time for me. They then expect you to renew it another reason. Awful company.
