EGStop this monkey business !!! When a business refuses to do very important things with any potential customer to : - Let the customer make sure that he is in safe hands and that can be done by for example to sign a mutual NDA i.e non disclosure agreement so to save the customer and the company's both interest - To call the customer by any voice call methods rather than to write by email as per the customer request to make everything clear and documented again for the sake of both parties. - To claim that they did big project to a big customer without ground evidence , just to add that big boy's logo on the company's website is not an evidence and deserves more investigation . Shoutem ( what a name !! ) refuses to : Send to by email and forced me to make an internet call ! sign an NDA ! show solid evidence that they did such a big project with a big US journal !! Never ever do any business with anyone even if they are going to give you any too good to be true features or even looks great deals WITHOUT being in writing and every single point is crystal clear . If any business claimers asks you to make a call , that is only ok if they send you EXACTLY what was on the phone call / internet call in writing NOT minutes of call or meeting or a summary .

CHNot trust worthy Not trust worthy: - miss the deadlines for they clients - invites and then brakes agreements with the partners - not paying money for the intellectual property - outsource professional services to the affiliated company charging overprice for they services, especially, considering the product level delivered. The platform on itself is very limited and not very stable. Great marketing gurus though...
