GBjust another scam yep, scam. do not get the pc fixer 7 day trial. You will automatically be subscribing to an annual charge of $49.95. such a pain to try to get the payment. I hate all the new ways people find ways to trick us out of our hard earned income. Don't get anything this company supports, creates and sells

CNeasy and efficient for seniors well, this software helped me out of a mess. My computer was damaged by another software and every program keeps carshing down. I wanna to restore the system only to find there is no restore point or something else. Smartpcfixer fix it for me, now she is running perfectly. thank you sooooooo much!

GBSMARTPCFIXER is guilty of CUSTOMER HARASSMENT! This scam company offers a product which does NOTHING. After four emails back and forth, it will NOT REFUND my initial payment and REFUSES to cancel my subscription. Do NOT buy their product. You will spend days, even years, trying to get your money back--and you may fail. PLEASE beware that this is a totally disreputable scam company with NO contact info except an email address that continues to BEG you to remain a customer.

GBDoesn't Work I purchased SmartPCFixer's 7 day trial and canceled 3 days later. It did absolutely nothing for my computer. After running it 3 times I gave up because it made no difference in any of the problems it claimed to be able to fix. I didn't have but a few problems but none of them were resolved by SmartPCFixer.

GBI think the software give fake results to make it appear your repairs are critical I used this to try and repair a 'Remote device won't accept the connection' message. They let you download the software and run an analysis of your pc. The results showed there are a 'critical' problem on my pc, so I purchased the software. Using this did not change anything on my pc that I can tell. Now I think there was no critical problem; they give you false results to get you to buy the product. And now I am having a difficult time canceling this ongoing 'subscription.' DO NOT USE.
