USHigh quality The service quality is really great I have had no bad experiences in either voice quality, purchasing credit, etc. The only downside is that the rate is fairly expensive. I myself use it only for urgent or very important calls. If it was cheaper I would use it so much more. I prefer using this service over low quality and free messengers such as viber as I do care about the quality and I cannot tolerate delays and noise.
