GBToday I recieved an email fom someone⦠Today I recieved an email fom someone called Maria Gardener ,thanking me formy order with McAfee [who i have never even heard of , and stating the ORDER NUMBER , ETC and the amount would be $658.00.There is a telephone number to contact them in the USA , I do not live in the US., and have NEVER ordered from them .How have theyeven got my email address ? A friend informed me it is a scam , and to not get in touch with them . Has anyone else ever recieved emails from this company ?

GBTerrible Terrible. Cancelling subscription very difficult to do. UK call centre is a mix of accusing questions of 'so your willing to not even protect any of your devices?' plus more upsell of product. For what should be 1 button click is 15 minutes of pain.

GBA step too far - bereaved family I phoned to cancel my dad's account as he died two weeks ago. The agent tells me that his computer might become infected. They wanted to leave it to renew. I'd said multiple times that I wanted to cancel. What type of company tries the hard sell on a bereaved family member?

AUMcAfee Security Scan Plus. Cannot be uninstalled I downloaded Adobe Reader and it came with McAfee Security Scan Plus which I do not like or want. It cannot be uninstalled and McAfee are no help in uninstalling it. It is a disgrace that I am stuck with a program that I do not want and can't uninstall. Worst customer service ever.

GBMcAfee Live Safe Stops You Working! McAfee are more interested in advertising all the things that should be included in the package than providing a good service. They do this with constant pop ups that pull focus away from what I'm trying to do with my PC, this interupts my workflow several times a day. I used to be a happy customer but since they've started using the application I actually pay for as an advertising platform that interupts my work I've stopped auto renew and will find another provider.
