Unable to watch oversease with VPN, terrible customer service! I live abroad and was never able to watch any SlingTV content after subscribing, even though I can regularly watch Amazon, Netflix, Disney, etc. with a VPN. Worst part was that I also couldn't access my account management to cancled. Emailed Sling immediately and received no reply. Later got charged again and contacted customer service by online chat. Waited a lot, went through two reps, and they still wouldn't cancel the original charge. Terrible customer service.

Awful customer service for tech issue The AirTV they sent me when I singed on stopped working to stream Sling. Multiple calls to customer service, and they won't offer a solution, a timeline, or replace the hardware they sent. One representative told me "By now you should own a smart TV." Unacceptable.

Cancelled service after my payment was… Cancelled service after my payment was processed on Jan 11. Indicated I'd receive one more month of service ending Feb 11. They took my money and immediately ended service on Jan 11. I reached out and they refused to help. I'll use another service when the time comes to resubscribe for next football season.

Cheated out of $63.40! I signed up on 4/19/24, had difficulty as a senior navigating the app. I cancelled in 24hrs on 4/20/24. They wouldn’t return or even prorate my $63.40 charge. Tried to chat with them and eventually was disconnected

Corrupt business practices. CROOKS My account was hacked and I was charged $79.99 for Pay per view boxing. Sling customer service was worthless. Stating PPV had a disclaimer that it was nonrefundable. Would not transfer me to supervisor or give me a phone number or email for a fraud department or whoever handles hacked accounts. In fact customer service was downright rude and treated me as if I was the criminal. Do not subscribe to Sling. Your account will be hacked and sling will steal your money. They are corrupt. Check other reviews for complaints. Check reddit regarding these corrupt business practices. DO NOT USE SLING. They are crooks.
