I Do Not Recommend Giving them a Shot Easily the worst streaming service of all the streaming services. I gave it a shot to watch more Football games this season and quiet frankly it was an entire waste and a disappointment all the way down to the customer service. However the employee that helped me was cool but the company policy and communication is awful. I won't be back and I don't even recommend you give them a shot.

Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for… Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for something that just constantly loads, one min it’s working fine next you can’t watch your show cause it’s loading every sec. I can watch free apps that doest’t even do that!!! Then it’s alot of shows and movies that sling tv doesn’t have that the free apps do! I don’t understand why pay for this Bull!!

Awful customer service for tech issue The AirTV they sent me when I singed on stopped working to stream Sling. Multiple calls to customer service, and they won't offer a solution, a timeline, or replace the hardware they sent. One representative told me "By now you should own a smart TV." Unacceptable.

O stars if I could O stars if I could. I ordered sling today to resubcribe and couldn't get tv ap to download so I canceled within the hour of ordering. Then I realized I have 2 emails associated with the account so resubscribed. Again couldn't get tv ap.to download. Si I canceled within the hour and noticed 2 credit card charges. Also an email saying I had a month worth of service, so went to their chat agent and after 10 minute waits 2 times a survey came on was my issue resolved and I selected no and that ended chat. I guess I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company.

Says they will cancel in the customer chat but still getting charged No refund after cancelling it “as per their policy”. I canceled in the customer service chat. But the errors seemed to be on their end.
