O stars if I could O stars if I could. I ordered sling today to resubcribe and couldn't get tv ap to download so I canceled within the hour of ordering. Then I realized I have 2 emails associated with the account so resubscribed. Again couldn't get tv ap.to download. Si I canceled within the hour and noticed 2 credit card charges. Also an email saying I had a month worth of service, so went to their chat agent and after 10 minute waits 2 times a survey came on was my issue resolved and I selected no and that ended chat. I guess I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company.

False advertising False advertising. Says plan includes Fox news for 40$ a month I have to pay 45$ because plan includes other stations. TV ad clearly states FN included in 40$ Plan, Cust Ser rep Franc (hardlet speaks english) rude and unmiformative. Supervisor unaivalable and wont call back. It worked for one day - glitch resolved. EDIT: Must have been a glitch, works fine now and I like that you can record or rewind a show in progress. Will track and see how it does and continue to use if it doesn't glitch out. It worked for one day. I wanted to watch Football and the app was supposedly good for watching ESPN. The next morning it was constant unauthorized content or access errors, did all the trouble shooting, hard stop, uninstall etc and still did not work so I cancelled.

Cancelled service after my payment was… Cancelled service after my payment was processed on Jan 11. Indicated I'd receive one more month of service ending Feb 11. They took my money and immediately ended service on Jan 11. I reached out and they refused to help. I'll use another service when the time comes to resubscribe for next football season.
