GBI cancelled within 7 days of signing… I cancelled within 7 days of signing up; however, I was still charged. Why would Sling offer 7 days free trial, but still charge you when you have canceled? False advertising in my opinion. Sure, Sling stated I could watch for the balance of the month, but that was not what I thought a 7 day trial was!

GBO stars if I could O stars if I could. I ordered sling today to resubcribe and couldn't get tv ap to download so I canceled within the hour of ordering. Then I realized I have 2 emails associated with the account so resubscribed. Again couldn't get tv ap.to download. Si I canceled within the hour and noticed 2 credit card charges. Also an email saying I had a month worth of service, so went to their chat agent and after 10 minute waits 2 times a survey came on was my issue resolved and I selected no and that ended chat. I guess I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company.

GBFox channel constantly freezing up Fox channel constantly freezing up. My daughter watches HLN, I tried to watch Lifetime and she got kicked off. Orange only allows one device, blue is 3 devices and they have similar channels. My daughter found much better streaming, costs more but it's quality

GBAbsolutely the worst streaming platform… Absolutely the worst streaming platform there is. I signed up for Sling because it was offered at a lower price point than Youtube TV and others. I soon found out why. They claimed to have a no contract, no commitment service. I used this to my advantage and would sometimes add or remove different services seasonally. For example, I added their sports package so I could watch NCAA basketball. When the season was over, I contacted them to drop the add-on service. The confirmation of this was a bit murky, but it seemed to be done. After a few months, I realized I was still being charged for it. I called to inform them of their mistake. Rather than being apologetic or taking any accountability, they went on the offensive. The basically told me tough luck. They informed me that Sling, unlike other services is a "prepaid service". And as such, no refunds could ever be given. I informed them that what they were saying made no sense. Every cable company and streaming platform operates basically in the same way. There's money coming in and there's money going out and there are people who usually, in any company, have the ability to resolve customer service issues and make customers happy and retain them. I said that was OK - forget the refund - just give me a future credit for the amount of their mistake and I would stay with them and we would call it even. They explained that this couldn't be done either. There are no credits. There are no loyalty credits. I explained that they were losing a customer FOR LIFE, and they could care less. I asked to be elevated to a supervisor and they refused. I would sooner eat broken glass than ever give Sling one penny ever again. I've informed my entire family that Sling is on the forever blacklist. Go with YouTube TV. It's a bit more expensive, but totally worth it.
