Corrupt business practices. CROOKS My account was hacked and I was charged $79.99 for Pay per view boxing. Sling customer service was worthless. Stating PPV had a disclaimer that it was nonrefundable. Would not transfer me to supervisor or give me a phone number or email for a fraud department or whoever handles hacked accounts. In fact customer service was downright rude and treated me as if I was the criminal. Do not subscribe to Sling. Your account will be hacked and sling will steal your money. They are corrupt. Check other reviews for complaints. Check reddit regarding these corrupt business practices. DO NOT USE SLING. They are crooks.

False advertising False advertising. Says plan includes Fox news for 40$ a month I have to pay 45$ because plan includes other stations. TV ad clearly states FN included in 40$ Plan, Cust Ser rep Franc (hardlet speaks english) rude and unmiformative. Supervisor unaivalable and wont call back. Gonna try a complaint with Attny Gen NJ but prob a wasyte of time. S;ling shoyuld get Slung away!!!

Cheated out of $63.40! I signed up on 4/19/24, had difficulty as a senior navigating the app. I cancelled in 24hrs on 4/20/24. They wouldn’t return or even prorate my $63.40 charge. Tried to chat with them and eventually was disconnected

O stars if I could O stars if I could. I ordered sling today to resubcribe and couldn't get tv ap to download so I canceled within the hour of ordering. Then I realized I have 2 emails associated with the account so resubscribed. Again couldn't get tv ap.to download. Si I canceled within the hour and noticed 2 credit card charges. Also an email saying I had a month worth of service, so went to their chat agent and after 10 minute waits 2 times a survey came on was my issue resolved and I selected no and that ended chat. I guess I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company.

Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for… Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for something that just constantly loads, one min it’s working fine next you can’t watch your show cause it’s loading every sec. I can watch free apps that doest’t even do that!!! Then it’s alot of shows and movies that sling tv doesn’t have that the free apps do! I don’t understand why pay for this Bull!!
