I Do Not Recommend Giving them a Shot Easily the worst streaming service of all the streaming services. I gave it a shot to watch more Football games this season and quiet frankly it was an entire waste and a disappointment all the way down to the customer service. However the employee that helped me was cool but the company policy and communication is awful. I won't be back and I don't even recommend you give them a shot.

Scam Scam, nothing more Screen and sound completely off, wouldn't play right Called tech support, couldn't get it to work, wanted to cancel and get money back, same day as purchase. Nope. They keep your money no matter what including the prepaid months

I cancelled within 7 days of signing… I cancelled within 7 days of signing up; however, I was still charged. Why would Sling offer 7 days free trial, but still charge you when you have canceled? False advertising in my opinion. Sure, Sling stated I could watch for the balance of the month, but that was not what I thought a 7 day trial was!

No Free Trial, No Service, No resolution Having reviewed a number of streaming services I chose Sling TV but failed to notice there was no free trial offered. When I got signed up and started using the service I immediately noticed the resolution was constantly going really bad intermittently. I tried a few things, mostly with my router but nothing seemed to correct the problem. I then read some reviews and realized there were many reviews similar to my problems. I canceled the next day but was not able to get a refund. Do not sign up for Sling TV unless they offer a free trial.

Corrupt business practices. CROOKS My account was hacked and I was charged $79.99 for Pay per view boxing. Sling customer service was worthless. Stating PPV had a disclaimer that it was nonrefundable. Would not transfer me to supervisor or give me a phone number or email for a fraud department or whoever handles hacked accounts. In fact customer service was downright rude and treated me as if I was the criminal. Do not subscribe to Sling. Your account will be hacked and sling will steal your money. They are corrupt. Check other reviews for complaints. Check reddit regarding these corrupt business practices. DO NOT USE SLING. They are crooks.
