GBNo Free Trial, No Service, No resolution Having reviewed a number of streaming services I chose Sling TV but failed to notice there was no free trial offered. When I got signed up and started using the service I immediately noticed the resolution was constantly going really bad intermittently. I tried a few things, mostly with my router but nothing seemed to correct the problem. I then read some reviews and realized there were many reviews similar to my problems. I canceled the next day but was not able to get a refund. Do not sign up for Sling TV unless they offer a free trial.

GBCheated out of $63.40! I signed up on 4/19/24, had difficulty as a senior navigating the app. I cancelled in 24hrs on 4/20/24. They wouldn’t return or even prorate my $63.40 charge. Tried to chat with them and eventually was disconnected

GBFalse advertising False advertising. Says plan includes Fox news for 40$ a month I have to pay 45$ because plan includes other stations. TV ad clearly states FN included in 40$ Plan, Cust Ser rep Franc (hardlet speaks english) rude and unmiformative. Supervisor unaivalable and wont call back. Gonna try a complaint with Attny Gen NJ but prob a wasyte of time. S;ling shoyuld get Slung away!!!

GBAwful customer service for tech issue The AirTV they sent me when I singed on stopped working to stream Sling. Multiple calls to customer service, and they won't offer a solution, a timeline, or replace the hardware they sent. One representative told me "By now you should own a smart TV." Unacceptable.

GBSling TV Nothing but pixelation and buffering… Nothing but pixelation and buffering errors. App will stop for no reason and would have to restart. Sling has went to crap. No refund or discount after one day. As soon as the credit card post I am calling amex to dispute. I did everything technical support said to troubleshoot nothing worked. Do not purchase this service it is terrible
