TV ad clearly states FN included in 40$ Plan, Cust Ser rep Franc (hardlet speaks english) rude and unmiformative. Supervisor unaivalable and wont call back. I cancelled within 7 days of signing… I cancelled within 7 days of signing up; however, I was still charged. Why would Sling offer 7 days free trial, but still charge you when you have canceled? False advertising in my opinion. Sure, Sling stated I could watch for the balance of the month, but that was not what I thought a 7 day trial was!

Cheated out of $63.40! I signed up on 4/19/24, had difficulty as a senior navigating the app. I cancelled in 24hrs on 4/20/24. They wouldn’t return or even prorate my $63.40 charge. Tried to chat with them and eventually was disconnected
