TV ad clearly states FN included in 40$ Plan, Cust Ser rep Franc (hardlet speaks english) rude and unmiformative. Supervisor unaivalable and wont call back. Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for… Sling tv wants you to pay $40-$55 for something that just constantly loads, one min it’s working fine next you can’t watch your show cause it’s loading every sec. I can watch free apps that doest’t even do that!!! Then it’s alot of shows and movies that sling tv doesn’t have that the free apps do! I don’t understand why pay for this Bull!!

I cancelled within 7 days of signing… I cancelled within 7 days of signing up; however, I was still charged. Why would Sling offer 7 days free trial, but still charge you when you have canceled? False advertising in my opinion. Sure, Sling stated I could watch for the balance of the month, but that was not what I thought a 7 day trial was!

Says they will cancel in the customer chat but still getting charged No refund after cancelling it “as per their policy”. I canceled in the customer service chat. But the errors seemed to be on their end.

It worked for one day - glitch resolved. EDIT: Must have been a glitch, works fine now and I like that you can record or rewind a show in progress. Will track and see how it does and continue to use if it doesn't glitch out. It worked for one day. I wanted to watch Football and the app was supposedly good for watching ESPN. The next morning it was constant unauthorized content or access errors, did all the trouble shooting, hard stop, uninstall etc and still did not work so I cancelled.
