Very professional and friendly,took… Very professional and friendly,took extra steps to ensure conversation audio was improved by calling my cell phone to backup poor headphone quality. Another company refused to do that and abruptly cancelled the session telling me to try again in 24 hours. I was impressed with how quick and easy the process was.

I was told that the signer's photo ID… I was told that the signer's photo ID is required and last 4 digits of SSN as well. Both were not asked to show. Though it depends on a notary who takes care of the session, it is important to make people to use the service feel comfortable.
