GBMediaServe is fine if you have a basic… MediaServe is fine if you have a basic understanding of what you are doing. The price is certainly reasonable. There are many on site tools, but I never had the occasion to use them. Far more is available than my simple site requires. The couple of times I used customer service they were prompt and helpful.

When issues do occur, they are quick to respond and restore services. They have always been helpful and mindful; I have used their service for many years.

GBOn Finding Media Serve: My 5 star review For 20 years or more I have used GoDaddy and another hosting company for my several websites. Over a year ago, I also began an internet radio broadcast. While GoDaddy has always been great at customer service, the constantly increasing cost has been a concern. Then I discovered Media Serve. The customer service is great and even handled all the migration of my websites and domains. They were up without an interruption of service. The cost and value adds to the great service and I am already enjoying the great new relationship.

GBWilliam and MediaServe have been a… William and MediaServe have been a lifesaver. My previous hosting partner was absolutely horrible and took advantage of my lack of experience. William did what he said he would and communicated continuously throughout the migration process. I cannot recommend MediaServe strongly enough!
