GBDigitalKeysBox is Excellent The DigitalKeysBox site works great and the staff were very responsive to an issue that I created by not reading the entire page. Getting a new computer and having used them previously, I updated my permanent copy of MS Office. The process worked flawlessly... not so much for this customer. I missed the link to download and thought I needed to input my data again. Found I ordered a duplicate copy. They processed a refund immediately. Most responsive!

GBI had purchased microsoft word 2019… I had purchased microsoft word 2019 from them in 2021, then this year 3 years later I had to reset my computer and lost the software as a result. My original product key no longer worked, I emailed them my problem and within an hour they sent me a new one and it worked and I was able to download my software with no problems. I would certainly buy from them again. Their price was great as well.

GBHelpful chat and easy install the first time I had a number of pre-purchase questions that the chat operator patiently and politely answered. She confirmed that this is a Retail license (though incorrectly said that the ISO would be included in the download, otherwise 5 stars). If you need to chat, be patient, stay on the line and don't rely on the estimated wait time. Installation went smoothly. MS license verification tool confirmed that it was a Retail channel license. It also lists a Retail(Grace) channel license that has now expired. I suspect it is to allow 5 days for adding your license key or a temporary free version of Office 365 that MS wants you to buy. You can find the product for a few dollars less elsewhere but comments on many of those providers talk about how the key failed and they had to work with the seller to (hopefully) get a valid replacement key. My install was hassle free the first time.
