When we first signed up with Domidocs… When we first signed up with Domidocs they sent us a complete report on the status of our home title just like they advertised. Since then we receive notifications any time there is activity relating to our property. Until I heard the ads for Home Title Lock and did some research I was unaware of the potential for someone to steal our home right out from under us. I appreciate the work they do to help protect the largest investment we have.

An interesting concept to insure no one… An interesting concept to insure no one can take your home away from you. keeping tabs on the paperwork that local governments keep on hand, which is now primarily stored in digital form, most of us would not think about. Great idea.

Great Customer Service I signed up in order to supplement an ID protection service I already had. The site is easy to navigate and informational. I received a couple alerts and panicked. I then called their very helpful CS phone line and the staff was VERY HELPFUL and the call was answered QUICKLY. The rep walked me through everything: explained the nature of the alert, how to dismiss it since it was nothing to worry about, and what to do in the future. The rep was very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Peace of Mind, Organization of Information Aside from the peace of mind knowing the activity surrounding my home is being monitored, the website provides a place to store and access all of the pertinent information about the home--everything from the name of your plumber to county, insurance, mortgage, etc.--stuff you don't even think about (until you need it!).
