Slightly slower than GN but FAR more article completion Giganews used to be better, and is still slightly faster (when it has the articles) but for the last 5 years at least, UNS has been my #1 provider overall. Speed is meaningless without article availability, and UNS strikes the balance. I believe it’s still the same farm as newshosting.com and powered by proper infrastructure.

Figure it's worth 5 stars on account that it's been extremely dependable. I can't compare to the others as this is the only one I use.

Used it for years and am still using it. The great thing about Usenet Server is that it's just never an issue. I sometimes forget that it's even a subscription because it always works and I never have to complain. I've subscribed for YEARS and the reliability has always been better than any ISP I've used. Retention is great. It works seamlessly with my newsreader. I don't use Global Search as much as I should but it's always been good when I've used it. Usenet Server is an affordable and reliable way to stay in touch with the Usenet.
