Recently had an issue with Sublab no longer being available in my DAWs. It kept crashing during validation after an update was installed. Didn’t really mind because I upgraded to xl but needed to access some older projects so I reached out to customer support. They responded timely with an installer download link that fixed my problem. One of the better experiences I’ve had with plug-in support!

This is a simple operation This is a simple operation, but the sound changes in various ways. If you find it difficult to operate, don't hesitate to use the presets. Sublab not just hip-hop. It can be used for various genres of music. I use the 808 as a bass guitar for playing and singing.

A rare gem. With sublab and sublab xl being my most essential plug-in’s used on nearly every track that I make, there’s potential for problems to arise. Any time I’ve had issues with them not working always due to some thing on my side either got a new computer or upgraded my operating system, etc. I’ve gotten immediate help from staff to keep my production momentum and most importantly my clientele happy. I wish I could say the same for other companies out there. FAW is a rare gem and therefore an absolute asset to my business.

I like the plugin I like the plugin. Aside from some confusion about the crossgrade. It has been smooth sailing. THIS PLUGIN IS LOUD AF. WHICH IS GREAT BUT ALSO BOTHERS ME WHEN GAIN STAGING. I usually use Phaseplant or Serum for this. A bit underwhelmed, but COOL!
