Nice guys, never get perturbed or upset by my stupid questions about things that have no relevance to their hosting. Pricing is excellent and they honor it. They always provide solutions for me, whether it's migrating to a new server or changing features. I can't imagine doing business with another host now.

Upgraded a PHP version and had an issue - resolved! Upgraded a PHP version, and had a server configuration change that affected some code. Wrote a ticket and got a reply within minutes that was very helpful in resolving the issue. Within 15-20 minutes the issue was isolated and a fix generated that worked out great, and improved security for the site. MDD hosting staff has been a great help over the many years I've had websites with them.
