Anytime I needed anything related to my accounts there were right there to help and have even suggested options at times that I hadn't thought about. They care about their customers and are always quick to answer support/sales tickets.

The only web hosting service you'll ever need. I've been using MDD Hosting for more years than I can remember and I've never had a reason to even consider leaving. Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly. I hope they never sell their service to a bigger provider, because they are amazing.
