Support when you need it! I had a particular problem with my website I was unable to resolve. I contacted Tech support and asked if this was something they could help me with. A work ticket was created and I was contacted by a support tech who quickly addressed the issue and resolved it. I have been with MDD Hosting for several years and they have always been responsive to my needs. I heartily recommend it.

The only web hosting service you'll ever need. I've been using MDD Hosting for more years than I can remember and I've never had a reason to even consider leaving. Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly. I hope they never sell their service to a bigger provider, because they are amazing.

I don't know if a 2nd review counts, but MDD has helped me SO effectively with so many of my site's WordPress problems that anyone would truly be losing out NOT to sign up with them! Their support is intelligent, prompt, humble, generous and just UNPARALLELED. Their hosting prices are already completely reasonable, but add their support and it's just priceless.
