So good that I'm reviewing them again! I don't know if a 2nd review counts, but MDD has helped me SO effectively with so many of my site's WordPress problems that anyone would truly be losing out NOT to sign up with them! Their support is intelligent, prompt, humble, generous and just UNPARALLELED. Their hosting prices are already completely reasonable, but add their support and it's just priceless. Truly grateful for them, and I'll be sticking with them for years to come.

I had no experience in web-based stuff and I'm learning little by little, but I wouldn't have gotten anywhere without their help and support. They're always unbelievably helpful, I've never had a question that they haven't been able to answer. Excellent hosting and support I've done business with MDD for over 7 years now. They always provide support par excellence. Nice guys, never get perturbed or upset by my stupid questions about things that have no relevance to their hosting. Pricing is excellent and they honor it. They always provide solutions for me, whether it's migrating to a new server or changing features. I can't imagine doing business with another host now.

The only web hosting service you'll ever need. I've been using MDD Hosting for more years than I can remember and I've never had a reason to even consider leaving. Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly. I hope they never sell their service to a bigger provider, because they are amazing.

Great support MDD support provides really fast, helpful assistance. I appreciate all the help they have given us, as we work to spin up a new VPS to replace our self-hosted City website. It's a steep learning curve, but support has been really patient.
