Support when you need it! I had a particular problem with my website I was unable to resolve. I contacted Tech support and asked if this was something they could help me with. A work ticket was created and I was contacted by a support tech who quickly addressed the issue and resolved it. The only web hosting service you'll ever need. I've been using MDD Hosting for more years than I can remember and I've never had a reason to even consider leaving. Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly.
