They have Always replied quickly + solved every problem we've had with our website. They will reply via your email or you can go to their site personally. They are #1...and we tried quite a few. :-)

I had no experience in web-based stuff and I'm learning little by little, but I wouldn't have gotten anywhere without their help and support. They're always unbelievably helpful, I've never had a question that they haven't been able to answer. Their knowledge genuinely amazes me, as does their response time to queries - they're always extremely quick to answer. I 100% recommend MDD, they're amazing!

Excellent hosting and support I've done business with MDD for over 7 years now. They always provide support par excellence. Nice guys, never get perturbed or upset by my stupid questions about things that have no relevance to their hosting. Pricing is excellent and they honor it. They always provide solutions for me, whether it's migrating to a new server or changing features. I can't imagine doing business with another host now.

I don't know if a 2nd review counts, but MDD has helped me SO effectively with so many of my site's WordPress problems that anyone would truly be losing out NOT to sign up with them!
