Support when you need it! I had a particular problem with my website I was unable to resolve. I contacted Tech support and asked if this was something they could help me with. A work ticket was created and I was contacted by a support tech who quickly addressed the issue and resolved it. Upgraded a PHP version and had an issue - resolved! Upgraded a PHP version, and had a server configuration change that affected some code. Wrote a ticket and got a reply within minutes that was very helpful in resolving the issue. Within 15-20 minutes the issue was isolated and a fix generated that worked out great, and improved security for the site. MDD hosting staff has been a great help over the many years I've had websites with them.

I need help with things which I feel is beyond what I can expect from a hosting company and MDD, the few times I need their help, are always there, and extremely quickly.
