The only web hosting service you'll ever need. I've been using MDD Hosting for more years than I can remember and I've never had a reason to even consider leaving. Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly. I hope they never sell their service to a bigger provider, because they are amazing.

Upgraded a PHP version and had an issue - resolved! Upgraded a PHP version, and had a server configuration change that affected some code. Wrote a ticket and got a reply within minutes that was very helpful in resolving the issue. Within 15-20 minutes the issue was isolated and a fix generated that worked out great, and improved security for the site.
