Their servers are stable, fast, and easy to configure. But their customer service is what really sets them apart. If I log a support ticket, I'd be shocked if it took them more than 5 minutes to reply. I usually hear back within minutes, and issues always get solved quickly. I hope they never sell their service to a bigger provider, because they are amazing.
