While I do not provide legal services myself, it's good to know what I need for my own business is available with an intuitive, feature-rich set of online legal templates that users with a minimum amount of technical aptitude can handle. Being outside of the United States, I may need to run certain document drafts past my own lawyer from time-to-time, but that will be the exception more than the rule. Most of the conversions for Canadian law will be more about re-naming comparable U.S. legal departments.

After the doc is generated, I can download it either as a PDF or copy the text.
