JPUseful even if you live/work overseas I've been using and recommending Bobby Klinck's templates to my clients for several years, but the new Legal Doc Generator is easier to use. I like how, in the process of generating the doc, you can read why each section is important, and the explanations are understandable. After the doc is generated, I can download it either as a PDF or copy the text. Being able to copy and paste is crucial for me because my business is in Japan, and I always need to adjust a few lines. Having these docs as a foundation saves me so much time!

I love the auto fill templates for the most commonly used contracts for new small businesses. I trust Bobby cause his contracts are clear, concise, and the dude is from Harvard Law school. Cmon.
