GBTerrible There are 3 server sites that support port forwarding in the USA: NY, LA, and Seattle. Connecting to any of these and VPN becomes completely unusable with data flowing not at all or at less that dialup speed much of the time, making port forwarding essentially a worthless extra charge. "Customer service" is useless. Wouldn't recommend this service.

ATThanks to Furqan - brilliant Thanks to Furqan, he was very patient with me! Error was, that latest android-app download on my mobile was wrong, so android-TV-app was downloaded instead. It took a long while to get it fixed due to wrong URL given for device registration. But solved with help from Furqan.
